Sounds like a great seminar with a top instructor.

It is very rare seeing half training days and I love that idea and way of teaching. This shows that the instructor has a great deal of intelligence and knowledge.

The brain can only take in so much information, full days are never as productive as half days when it comes to Martial arts and self defense as the brain works hard taking in information but the body also works hard as it is physical.

Half days in my opinion maximise the students' performances and they will take in the information better as well as having more energy throughout the course.
The course will definitely be more productive.

Thanks Ted. Correct, specifically when dealing with KM or other intense physical fighting art, people get tired, don't take it in and and thereafter injured. We like people to train hard, and they do, but not student should be injured during training.
