Hello
My name is Jon Basquille, i am currently still a serving member of the Royal Marines, and have been since 98, my background was Heavy Weapons until 2008 when i re-rolled into Policing so as to obtain my CP qaulification, i succesfully obtained these and i am currently on CP duties in Africa.
I was informed about this site by colleagues who have left the Corps and are at this time working in the security industry, i will be looking to leave the Corps in the near future and want to get a feel for what's out there.
I am going to take this time in Africa now to get clear direction as to where i wish to go on the outside and would appreciate any advice and guidence from any old salty sea dogs out there.
I am 36 years old now and feel it's the time to look forward and to carve out a new career.
Any questions, advice (good or bad) please just ping me a message.
