G4S to provide CP to MP's?

What are your thoughts on that?
It is absolutely barmy to take away armed Police and to put in their place unarmed and often badly trained CPO's...
It is just saying to all terrorists out there "All clear for you now, you can come and get a few government figures"

Police should be kept in place, if the gov really wants to cut costs then if it is decided to put a private security company in all the guys need to go through a few months training with regular testing and the gov needs to give them authorisation to carry firearms.
