Introduction

Hi All

My name Tiago Lucas working as security operative and coming from a civilian background.

I came across with this forum through LinkedIn and through some friends who are registered here. The forum seams good so far and not too chaotic with thousands of out of date threads so looking forward to be active here.  

I'm not CP trained but hope to be within the next year or two mainly for personal development reasons rather than employment (as my chances of being an active CP operative are slim due to my age, 23, and background) and to have a strong knowledge base as I'm always on the look out to gain more knowledge and skills.

Currently on my first year of a BSc Risk & Security management. I'm a strong believer that one cannot manage (efficiently let say) operations where one has no experience in so I'm trying to get as much experience as i can in complex and challenging security environment so i can further develop my skills and knowledge to prepare myself for the future.

Hope to be able to be engaged as much as i can with this forum :)
