We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Instructor to be part of our diverse training team, at our training centre, based in Redhill, Surrey. The ideal candidate will be in their element working in a team delivering award winning scenario based training in the classroom and outdoor environments.

The role will include:

Teaching high calibre hostile environment weekly training courses.
International travel involved to countries including the USA and the Middle East.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience of teaching high quality safety/Medical courses.
Teaching qualifications required – For example PTTLS- BTEC level 3, CTTLS BETEC level 3
Experience of working in the private security sector preferred.
Experience of working with the media preferred.
Passport with no travel restrictions
Flexible and multi-skilled
Customer focus
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain productive working relations with both internal and external Clients (including Media and NGOs)
Confidence in communicating with all levels
Innovative and receptive to change
Strong organisational skills
The ability to work well in a team
IT literacy, Excellent Microsoft Office experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Good written communication skills.
Full driving licence

Desirable experience:

First aid
Well travelled
Conflict management/self defence qualifications
Off road driving
Mini bus/Bus licence
