INTEL: Ealgon Security - CPD Investigation

We need to get hold of any past/previous or current students or people who actually been scammed. Far from everyone will tell us since they will stand out as individuals who haven't been doing a proper intel on the company or names associated. We know never to pay anything in advance but others are desperate and horny to get out and cant see the truth from the fiction.

Jessie Rhoades may be part of it. He called me a few weeks ago to badmouth Catherine Yelma and told me he was in Mombasa. Caller ID said Paris :)

I spoke to his "former" employers ESS Global in Tampa and they gave the whole shocked routine and were desperate to distance themselves from Yelma. There is something not quite right there but I cannot put my finger on it. My take on the whole thing that I get from the stuff I sent you Ted about the Egyptian connection screams visa fraud. I just don't know who the perpetrator is :)

Yelma's son is a webmaster, hence our first report when we found she owned a computer company.
We know the person's IP address who opened the Ealgon email and we know they are with the provider Bouygues Telecom.

If he is, then he's a pretty crap one :) The websites that Yelma and Ealgon used were amateur to say the least

BTW guys. Ealgon's "Employee Manual" is an almost a word for word ripoff of the NSA Security Manual :)

Good investigating SCT!!

It has been a great thread (3 pages!!), we all came together on the forum and worked as a team to get the most possible information on the scam.

We found all the people involved and got a lot of Intel, everything has now been passed on to Law enforcement as we can't really do much else but hope these people are punished.

We now know they are all in hiding and scared of the consequences, we know Haraldsson is going to retire from his splendid career as a fake security specialist, but still he gets the award for being one of the biggest walts in the Sy industry.

Bottom line is, this investigation has proved it was a good choice setting up this forum, even if we don't succeed in doing much in the future apart from having put a stop to this scam (I am sure we will do even better things), we can be proud of ourselves and say we have done our bit for our members and the security industry as a whole, we may have saved a few operators getting scammed out of 600$ for their visa.

If we keep working to clean up the industry, it leaves more room for the professionals to do their job and protects our reputation as professionals and keeps standards high, just imagine a principal coming across Haraldsson or "McGyver", what opinion will these people have about security operatives? Because of these walts our wages will be going down severely and not surprising we will be treated like dirt if walts like the mentioned above are operational.

At least we know the website is down, and at least we know Haraldsson is going to disappear now lets hope law enforcement do their part.

People like this keep coming back in Another form or set up.

I think that your assessment of the industry being a "kindergarten" is a gross misconception. Far from it, I think that industry getting wise to the so called training companies who provide sub standard training and the fraudulent companies who request money from job applicants. it is no longer acceptable. There is a movement afoot to rid the industry of this kind of operation so you have probably chosen a good time to retire.

For example, I have in front of me a copy of YOUR resume that YOU gave to someone in Scandinavia:

• You state that you were Secretary General of the IPA. The IPA does not have a secretary general, it has a President. In any case, they say it isn't true.
  
• You say that you worked for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Reykjavik. I spoke to DoS, they say they have no record whatsoever of you working for them at that embassy or any other U.S. Embassy.
  
• You say that you took "IED Course" at a U.S. Embassy. I knew what the answer was going to be, but I asked DoS anyway. They say this is not true.
  

Your, yourself stated that you were CEO of Ealgon. So, I think it is a little late to distance yourself from it's activities. You have to take some responsibility in this. As for Fabian Reinarz, I also have in front of me a document that outlines his criminal activity.

To say at this stage that you weren't involved is contrary to all the evidence that I have.

Those students who Madam Cate (Catherine Yelma) had cheat on contact me and it was I who least tried to help them after this mass.  Jessie Roades is one of them. 
 
I only like to say in the end I have nothing to hite and done nothing bad or criminal activitys .  I am just a person who got involved with a bad persons in this industry which is many of there.
 
That Fabian Reinarz is a bad person I cannot see that.  He is in same place as I meeting this woman in France Madam Cate (Catherine Yelma).   I am sure you will not listen to this crap but rather keep on going and find other reason to strike on us.  This is what I have to say regarding all this things. 
 
All contract which where talking about is in hands of Fabian Reinarz.  I asked him many times if this is true and he always told me YES it is.  I will arrange it he said.  I am perhaps to much beliver and belived him.  He told me that he will arrange everything ME I dont have to be worried.  So regarding the Libya contract it is all in hands of Fabian Reinarz not me or Jessie only Fabian.  He said he knows a person in Egypt who will give him that and he knows a person in Libya in the Governments.  In Egypt he mentioned person name Karam.  I dont know more.  I said as long as this is true he have to have these contract in the hands before he  recruit persons.  Hesaid to me Einar dont worrie everything is OK.   I said I am faraway so I cannot keep eye on you.
 
Regarding Ealgon Security.  Fabian told me that he has already register the Ealgon Management in Serbia.  He was register as a Director.  I am not register inside it at all.  All about Catherina Yelma and any criminal activity is not in my table.  I am NOT trying to hide anything from anybody.  I told Fabian to close the Ealgon website down immidiedly which he did.   Regarding EIPA Security in Kenya there was a person Eliud Wanjala in Mombasa who was suposed to register the company there.  After few months I notice that he did not.  I send him money for that but nothing happend.  Thats why I close that down there.  All around me are people is not trusted.
 
I have from yesterday closed all down and will not have anything with any International Security to do anymore.   I did not get any money from anyone.   From me I am finishing all Security and Close Protection.  This filed is not where I will be again.

Cette dernière propose en effet des formations APR et PSD sur le sol Français mais aussi à l’étranger. Elle trouve les futurs stagiaires en leurs promettant un emploi garantie à l’issue de la formation, mais bien évidemment aucun contrat n’existe. Cette personne n’hésite pas non plus à ne pas payer ses prestataires qui ont évidemment investi beaucoup d’argent pour fournir des formations de qualités aux stagiaires. Aujourd’hui à ma connaissance, deux professionnelles ont été escroqué de la sorte : Helios Formation dans le nord de la France, et Space coast tactical en Floride USA. 
J’ai été personnellement victime de Mme YELMA, en effet j’ai réservé un stage pour l’obtention de la SIA BTEC Level 3 auprès de WCM ltd au mois d’octobre 2013. Après 5 jours de formations, les instructeurs sous-traitants ont été contraints de suspendre la formation pour cause de non-paiement de la gérante. Bien sûr, aucun des stagiaires n’as été remboursé, et madame Yelma s’est enfuie en Espagne.

Essayant de retrouver mon argent, et après plainte déposer à la Gendarmerie de Servian en date du 21 Décembre 2013, je décide de contacter les partenaires de WCM ltd afin de savoir où elle se trouve et comment je pourrais récupérer mon due. Je contact donc Mr Einar Haraldsson, un islandais gérant de la société Ealgon – Services basé selon ses dire à Mombassa (Kenya) et à Belgrade (Serbie). Ce dernier m’informe qu’il ne collabore plus avec WCM ltd pour des raisons de fraude et il m’informe qu’elle se situerait en Espagne. Gardant contact avec Mr Haraldsson, il me promet de me faire part de toutes opportunités d’emploi dans sa compagnie. Au mois de Mars 2014, Monsieur Haraldsson me contacte afin de me faire une proposition d’emploi en tant que recruteur pour la compagnie Ealgon – services. Il me met donc en relation avec son bras droit, Monsieur Fabian Reinarz. Après un entretien par vision conférence, ce dernier m’envoi mon contrat de travail que je signe en date du 27 mars 2014. Mon objectif été de recruter du personnel pour un contrat devant se dérouler en Libye au mois de Juillet 2014. Je commence donc mon travail en utilisant toutes les plateformes à ma disposition : Facebook, email, réseau personnel etc… Ayant une centaines de contact potentiel à ma disposition, Monsieur Reinarz Fabian, me fait parvenir le « contract package » des futurs employés. Il m’avait informé que la société prenait en charge l’avion, le logement et la nourriture pour ce contrat mais que les employés devaient payer leur propre visa d’un montant de 600 USD. Je me rends rapidement compte que quelques choses ne va pas lorsque je constate que le prix du visa devait être versé directement à la compagnie et sous un nom suspicieux : Ealgon marketing. Mes doutes ne faisant que s’amplifier, je pris la décision de contacter l’attaché défense de l’Ambassade de France à tripoli. Ses services m’informe que la société qui m’emploie n’as aucun contrat actuel ou futur sur le territoire libyen, et que c’est une autre entreprise qui possède ce marché sous l’égide de l’UE. J’ai donc immédiatement compris que Mr Haraldsson et Mr Reinarz étaient en train de construire une vaste et très organisé, fraude au visa, visant des candidats du monde entiers, dont des APR Français.
Ma réaction fut immédiate, j’ai tout de suite envoyé un mail à tous les candidats afin de les prévenir de la supercherie. 
Depuis, toute la communauté d’agent de protection rapprochée, aussi bien en France, qu’en Angleterre, qu’aux USA ce mobilise pour dénoncer cette escroquerie et ces pratiques malheureusement de plus en plus rependues. 
Certains enquêteurs privés ont effectué une investigation assez exhaustive des différents protagonistes. 

Il existe un lien entre ces 3 personnages, en effet ils étaient partenaires pour les formations dans le monde entiers, ils se seraient rencontrés à plusieurs reprise sur Paris au bureau de WCM ltd, la boite mail de la société Ealgon – services serai administré depuis Paris.

Aujourd’hui, à cause de ces compagnies, ma réputation est sérieusement entachée, nombreux sont les candidats à m’assimiler à cette escroquerie et à ses personnes. Je prends donc également la décision d’en référer au procureur de la république de Béziers, afin qu’il poursuive ces compagnies pour escroquerie en bande organisée, et je me constituerai partie civile dans cette affaire afin de donner également l’opportunité à toutes personnes victime de ces escrocs d’être représenté et indemnisé.

J’ai également signalé à interpol ces agissements ainsi que les services fiscaux.

Well, if this is true then perhaps Mr Carrillo is indeed, as he said, a dupe to a certain extent.

Yelma is going to get it so bad she isn't going to be able to walk for many years to come.

If taxes and the CNAPS follow through with this she is history, she will be spending the rest of her life working to pay back what she stole from people and her tax evasion.

Carrillo now has a Lawyer called Jean Robet NGuyen Phung.
He intends to get these people and make them pay.

SCT you should join him and press charges with him on this as Yelma is French.
Best way for you to get your money back.

You should maybe send an email to Yelma making it a last warning before you let loose and let her know once you let loose it will be out of control and even out of your control and mention that every single thing that could come down on her will do, her world will fall apart.

It isn't about the money anymore for us. We wrote it off against tax last year :) It's about justice. (and blood feuds :) )   

It seems that the fat lady has not sung, in fact the orchestra didn't even turn up......

Seems we did a lot of damage to the scammers and they will find thousands of doors shut thanks to our work.

Dereck is not apart of the scam, and was duped. I know I was at the training there with Dereck and Jessie. I'm also the one that cleared Jessie's name. Jessie doesnt work for ESS Global Corp. I was the one who worked for ESS Global Corp which I no longer do. I was there based on a contract after initially being recruited as a student I became an evaluater for the students to work the contract. In the end ESS never had the contract, and I received an email from the company that actually had the contract, and worked that contract here recently. I am also the one that sent the information on World Security Advisors Limited.

I think the bottom line is that the head of all this scam is Reinarz.
He is in Belgrade, his emails and internet activity all point to Serbia.

Just in case anyone thought that this was a dead issue, it isn't.

Over the last few weeks Alex has received a vast amount of information and documents that, we hope, will provide proof that Yelma, Reinarz, Haraldsson, EIPA and two American companies were party to a conspiracy to defraud students, job applicants and tried to implement a U.S. visa scam. Unfortunately a lot of the stuff he received is disinformation propagated by people trying to take the focus from them. Also some of it is in Arabic and is currently being translated. We're hoping that when the whole picture becomes clear there will be enough for the FBI and DHS to build a solid case.
