Tender Sites

Im interested and curious about international tenders and to learn more about it
I know of EU tenders website which are free and no charges. Since I dont run a authorised manned guard service Company in Sweden the tender site opic dont give me much info or interest to be honest.
I understand that there are much requirements like operating licenses, and bankdeposits for certain contracts to bid on that not what I am after but a good site to learn more and see what type of tenders that is out there.
Since most cost much Money I would like to get a few good ideas if any members here have any experience in this. Please understand I dont work in UK nor have any interest to do so and Reading about UK guard tenders is not in my interest.
If anyone have any good tender sites you would recomend I sure welcome any information and assistance
