Location: Equatorial Guinea (Malabo);
Requirements
MSS-ENGILITY is seeking a retired US Army Military Police officer. Evidence of experience and successful military track record is a must. Spanish and English language proficiency (writing, conversational, and listening) is required. Must also have experience in Microsoft Word and Power Point program use. Desired Additional Skills. (1) Experience as a Police Advisor, Trainer and Supervisor in an overseas environment. (2) Background in Military and/or Civilian Police organizational modernization and reorganization, to include personnel and equipment requirements development. (3) Understanding of Military Police doctrine and operations development. (4) Educator or instructor with curriculum/course development experience. (5) Graduate of US Army Command & General Staff College or the equivalent.

Position Description
Army/Military Police Advisor and Trainer. Supports the Minister of National Defense in the development and use of training material for Ground Forces personnel in Equatorial Guinea (EG). Has lead role in the development, coordination, and execution of Military Police Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officer Basic Courses. Works with Army leadership, providing advice and assistance based on US doctrine, with a current focus on the country’s Military Police establishment. Recommends and leads the effort of institutionalizing best practices for all Army forces, with an emphasis on the standardization of policies and procedures.
