Introduction

Hi Guys,

Congratulations on your excellent domain/forum. My name is Steve (Tab) Lambert and I am the founder of the Perseus Risk Management Training Academy centrally based in Rugby, Warwickshire, UK. 

For those who have not heard of Perseus, since 2011 we have been specialising in the design and delivery of customised CP/HECP and Security related training at our 1200 acre academy, with our 28-Day CP Elite4 being our flagship course and are very proud to see that we were recently placed in the worlds top-ten CP Training Providers on a survey conducted by CPD. We also recently trained 1800 Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and Royal Marines in Physical Intervention and Conflict Resolution skills for the successful Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow.

We have recently branched in to Surveillance Training, in partnership with the SME's of Cerastes and recently had our Level 3 Professional Investigators and Operational Surveillance course accredited through Industry Qualifications (IQ)

Always happy and available to chat to anyone already on the Circuit and those thinking of pursuing a career in CP where hopefully the experience I have gained over the past eleven years in the industry can be of assistance. Close to eight of those years were based in Iraq, where I gained experience running hundreds of CP missions/tasks as a Team Leader tasked with the security of three successive US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Commanding Generals and culminating with my position as the Command RSM on the Project Matrix contract, where I had oversight of training and discipline as well as being the tactical advisor to the Project Directorate. Project Matrix was the largest Government contract ever awarded in Iraq, which at it's peak had around 1500 Operators and Support Staff deployed in support of the USACE Engineers' regeneration program of Iraq.
