Job Purpose 



We seek a highly motivated, solutions-oriented, business-minded professional with creativity, initiative, team focus, and project management skills to support our crisis and security consulting practice in Spanish-speaking South America. The Consultant, Security Risk Consulting, is a fee-earning consultant who will support clients and other team members in delivering solutions to a wide variety of challenges that our clients face and a range of risk likelihood and impact reduction activities. Tasks and Responsibilities 



Deliver complex problem-solving and security consulting solutions to clients as a fee-earning consultant. Specific projects may include but will not be limited to enterprise risk programs, risk mitigation consulting, security plan development, physical security improvement, drafting of policies and procedures, operational risk management and contingency planning. 



Ensure delivery of proposals, presentations, workshops and projects in line with Control Risks’ standards, industry best practice and client expectations. 



 



Knowledge and Experience Essential 



Fluency in English and Spanish 



Experience of living and working in Latin America 



University degree or military or law enforcement service 



Experience in security risk or crisis management consulting or equivalent Preferred 



Previous experience of managing complex working patterns and operational deployments 



Basic understanding of budgeting practices 



Knowledge of Control Risks’ products and services
