Due to expansion within our Iraq operations we are seeking a Driving Training Instructor to coordinate, present and deliver driver training to all G4S staff and clients. The training will consist of the full range of driver training activities to include vehicle handling, driving techniques, emergency response, mechanical operation, regulations, traffic law (Iraqi), examining and invigilating and company reporting procedures.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised DTI qualification and have a minimum of 5 years DTI experience as well as experience working within Iraq.

Role Responsibility:
Assist the Project Manager in the management and conduct of driver training systems, processes and procedures designed to ensure cost effective, operationally viable delivery of driver training and training support across the project, this needs to be auditable and accountable.
Conduct and deliver driver training across the project in accordance with legislation, client and current GOI standards.

Collaborate and support the project in the design of suitable training infrastructure for all entities.
Responsible for all driver training facilities, infrastructure and resources at the training school.
Co-ordinate resources and control the conduct of driver training at all related facilities and facilities belonging to others.

Work with all elements of the business to deliver effective driver training and be prepared to visit various locations and coordinate and conduct training.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with all driver training stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring that all driver training activity is conducted by employees in a safe environment and ensure activities are carried out within the guidance of company policy in respect of HSE and QA as directed by both Shell and G4S.

Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding driver training.
Assess, evaluate and report on all company drivers capabilities, performance on task and identify training needs through audit and analysis.
Assist in the monitoring and audit of driver training compliance and manage the output and facilitate the results of the audits.
Work with the stakeholders in the delivery and conduct of individual and project wide programmes, in order to meet training needs identified as a result of audits.
Record and report all driver training conducted, ensuring that company SOPs and administration policies are adhered to.
