Security Manager, Thailand

Job Summary

Develop, implement and monitor policies,, standard operating procedures and security practices to safeguard the company's employees, assets, stock and information against loss and damage.
To manage outsourced security companies and review their performance.
To maintain a secured, safe and harmonious relationship/environment within the Distribution Centre.
To oversee the Company’s Security Operation.
To cascade all Security Developments to the employees.
To sustain CCTV and Card Access System records.
To conduct Company’s Security Audits on regular basis and project lead the initiatives to improve or rectify security issues.
To conduct Safety Audits on a regular basis and ensure compliance to OSHA regulations and risk management principles.
Implement and monitor preventative maintenance of the various security equipment and systems of the building either by in-house technicians or contracted providers.
To monitor the compliance of the Security Provider with Legal requirements and Standing Orders issued by ZPTH.
To conduct investigations promptly of any security lapses, and of any loss or damages of company property, or any incidences affecting employee safety, and to issue a full investigation report detailing causes of the security lapse and corrective action plan.
To conduct annual drug tests on all DC employees.
To develop sound relationships with local Police and Sub- Government authorities.
To respond to Principal concerns with security.
Able to respond to issues 24hours a day and manage the site on weekends.

Responsibilities
To consult with and advise DC managers on action which will improve safety and security.
To ensure all operational processes adhere to security SOP's and to provide necessary training and coaching where required.
To ensure SOP's are maintained up to date and that any changes necessary are done through the QMR.
To continually review procedures, processes and training to achieve optimum quality and efficiency.
