Security Contractor Numbers down in AFGHAN and IRAK 36807910

Numbers are going down in Irak and Afghanistan.
See attached doc on current numbers.

One thing should be noted however: Afghan security guards are being replaced by US contractors and there is a significant decrease in locals who are being replaced by US/Non Afghan guards.
Maybe the US has lost trust in the Afghans following various attacks and terrorist infiltrations amongst Afghan security guards.
