Be aware, World Consulting Management Ltd in London is currently trading illegally.

We were about to apply for a WUO on them yesterday and a Companies House search revealed there are no current directors and no company secretary. A conversation with Companies House brought up some other issues. Our lawyers advised us that the company has no assets and it would be a waste of money to proceed with the WUO, but we are going to do it anyway :) Obviously we are not going to go into the why's and wherefore's of why the WUO is needed :)

We noticed that they are advertising a course starting in December and our concern is to prevent CPD members losing out..
