CV Question Empty CV Question

Post by Ricky L 7/2/2013, 19:49

Currently revamping my CV, in regards to training and qualifications how is this section best laid out?
I have a few management qualifications as well as my operational CPD, would I lay it out as management quals followed by operational or would I mix ?
Do I need to put dates and training providers? as I have the certificates ect to back up the qualifications and would present these as part of my portfolio at an interview.
Advice would be much appreciated.
Regards
Ricky

Ricky,

Its important to put dates and the names of TP's.
Re training qualifications lay the section out the same way as you did for your career section.
Name of the course/qualifiation with the TP listed and date.

Your most important quals and what you are specialised in go at the top of your CV in your header under your name. (You can then touch upon training and TP's in the qualification section.

IMO it would look nice putting under sections in the quals sections for example:

Advanced Training & Qualifications:

Security Management

Name of TP                                                         Date
Information about the course
