List of Self Defense Systems

We have already talked a lot about various sports and martial arts that go well with CP, but we have never talked about the best Close combat/Self Defense system for Close Protection.

When you look at the hundreds of systems that have popped up these past couple of years, at the end of the day few things are new.
We see the same techniques and joint locks as 60 years ago and beyond, most of it is all based on traditional jiu-jitsu and judo. Body parts can't go in certains directions and this was already sussed out by the Japs many years ago...
