Phoenix Close Protection

G4S Specialist Training offers Phoenix Close Protection (CP) courses, providing CP training for service leavers and those already operating within the private security industry.

Offering an Security Industry Association (SIA) accredited City and Guilds Level 3 qualification, this three week course prepares men and women for a career in the close protection industry. G4S is the only place where you can receive Phoenix CP training - the gold standard of industry recognised security qualifications.

In addition to the Phoenix CP qualification, delegates will also achieve the Phoenix Tier One Medic course. This FPOS (intermediate) qualification is certified by Edexcel. This course will give delegates an enhanced level of medical capability to deal with a casualty in a trauma or medical emergency. This course is an integral part of the Phoenix CP course, but we are also able to offer additional places to delegates who wish to join simply for this phase.

Our ex-UK Special Forces instructors draw on their commercial experience throughout the training, providing students with a mature, informed and balanced learning experience.
