Are the other cars pap's? As they all have the hazards on.

Again, I'm not well versed in sop in this area at all...
But why all the ramming of cars? Why not just gtf out of there?
At that speed and such close proximity and given it's Russia and supposedly the Russian Mafia the risk of firearms coming into play was surely too high to be "hanging around" playing dodgems?
I get the impression there was more ego involved here than training and dare I say it common sense, but like I first stated I am far from deeply knowledeable.
