Covert Earpiece - Advice please

Looking for a covert earpiece to associate with a 2 Pin input digital radio

I am looking for something like the below picture, the earpiece and the 2PIN neckloop with a microphone.

Look great, I like seperate ptt and mic for covert use so it's 3 wire all the way.
Some folk say ear pieces are crap but I spent a bit more and got a sonic one and it's great.

I like the Ipod style comms, looks very natural as we see hundreds of people in the street each day listening to their IPods. when we wear these earpieces, people won't even look twice, and you don't get the problem of running out of battery like the wireless earpiece

Ye, I have an open en 3 wire unit from savox which allows me to plug in my own everyday Bose ear plugs so looks normal
