The CPD way of doing things - Why Member Vetting?
After years of observing various security related forums, it was clear before creating CPD that quality should take precedence over quantity.
The way CPD works will ensure that this forum remains “clean” and open only to professionals who conduct themselves in a professional manner.
A professional eye will rapidly see the difference between CPD and other forums. The security measures in place combined with the depth and wealth of information that will be posted on CPD in the years to come will make it "The" forum for all security professionals serious about their careers.
Forum Security and Open Source
The CPD team decided against having the forum on Open Source.

Member Vetting
Our member vetting process reflects our long-term vision to professionalise the entire concept of a security forum while removing the risk of criminal or malicious activity.
Code of Conduct Policy
Our code of conduct policy is in place to prevent the slanging matches and offensive content so often found on other forums.
