SECURITY DIRECTOR - Finland
Security Director based Finland up to €120,000 package Must be an EU passport holder with Finnish and Russian languages

Our Client has extensive operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Russia. Services include private and public sector personnel restaurants, student restaurants, café-restaurants, restaurants at conference and meeting venues as well as food services for schools and public service organizations. Food manufacturing is undertaken in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia, with product exported to over 15 countries. The Role
You will be required, although not limited to, the development of corporate security to meet the requirements of changing threats
Development and implementation of policies, guidelines and instructions related to corporate security
Prevention of illegal activities against the company and by its personnel using the company as their criminal benefit
Plans, directs and oversees implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals, homes, business, commercial and industrial facilities
Serves as the enterprise focal point for security incident response planning and execution, oversees incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary matters associated with such breaches as necessary
Oversee the development of corporate security awareness and training programme
Maintain relationships with law enforcement and other related government agencies.
Protection of information, personnel, premises and reputation
Prevention of infractions of company policies, rules and instructions
Manage security functions related to corporate information systems, working closely with the CISO
Manage indirectly a team of 100 in-house and vendor resources

The Person
A formal security related education (Law Enforcement, Military and Intelligence)
To have held a leadership role in a commercial organisation experienced in change management, communication and impact and influence
Experienced in working in Russia and understanding Russian way of thinking
Certified Protection Professional, CSyP or equivalent certification preferred
Adaptability to changing situations
Flexibility with new tasks and working hours
Ready to enforce policies and take disciplinary measures
Ready to take corrective actions and damage control
Willing to travel
Ability to work independently and to take emergent decisions
Remains abreast of social, cultural, legal, criminal and political issues, nationally and internationally, and their impact on the organisation and its business
Must demonstrate dealing effectively to crisis/ Incidents occurring in the domestic or international arena.
Language skills Fluent in Russian, English and Finnish, Swedish a benefit
